Raven Webhosting features good prices, very quick service, in-depth help with CMS, specifically phpnuke when necessary and is very flexible with respect to custom requests. I host 2 domains here and another with a larger webhost. It's like shopping at your local hardware store versus Home Depot - I get more personal service and Raven can be flexible in meeting my needs. The larger webhosts are completely overpriced and inflexible.
Recently, my site was hacked as I hadn't patched properly. As it was actually happening, I was able to get advice on how to stop it and in the phpnuke support forum was able to get help installing security patches. I can't imagine getting that kind of service out of some larget webhost.
